Charming family size home set on a cliff top with spectacular ocean views and private beach. Surrounded by peaceful woodland, it ensures complete peace, quiet and privacy, yet is only 5 minutes by car from the village of St Martins.

This home sleeps up to 8 people, with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher and laundry room with washer and dryer. The comfortable sitting room has satellite TV and DVD and a wood stove. Leading off this is an 8ft deck with BBQ, patio furniture and a swing chair to enjoy the stunning views of the bay on two sides.

Only 7km from the Fundy Trail. St Martins village offers sea kayaking, hiking trails and a choice of restaurants. There is a small artists quarter down by the harbour where talented local craftspeople sell their products.
