O'Donnell's Cottages & Expeditions is a family owned and operated outfitting venture located on the banks of the Mighty Miramichi River in Central New Brunswick, Canada. Beginning in 1991 with one cottage and 10 acres of river front property, Valerie (Clowater) and her husband Jackie O'Donnell, began to build towards O'Donnell's Ventures, Ltd. and O'Donnell's Cottages & Expeditions. By 1995, two more cottages had been added, as well as several Old Town canoes to address the growing demands for eco-adventures. The 1999 purchase of Clearwater Hollow Expeditions – one of the largest providers of eco-tourism on the Miramichi – solidified O'Donnell's as a first class adventure provider. Most recently added was our lodge – a three bedroom log cabin, built in 2001. Our beautiful addition is a treasure for all who stay!

Offering fully guided tours or individual rentals, O'Donnell's is pleased to provide canoes, kayaks, tubes, bicycles and shuttle service along with their accommodations, fishing and hunting packages. A taste for every flavor! Experience the Miramichi as it was intended!

Editors note: We stayed at these wonderful cottages for two days and took O'Donnell Old Town canoes down the Miramichi River from Boiestown to Doaktown - or about 20 miles. The Miramichi River is well known throughout the world for its white water canoeing and salmon fly fishing. Recommended eco-adventure!
