Situated in the beautiful historic resort town of St. Andrews By-the-Sea, the Fairways Estate was formerly acquired by Mr. & Mrs. Edward C. Walker. Edward Walker was the second son of Hiram Walker, who was the founder of Canadian Club Whiskey. The Estate was founded in 1912 and has a history of illustrious owners which included the author Guy Murchie, as well as the Honorable C. D. Howe.
